Typical cards Phyrexian Games declines are newer cards with Variant Art versions, cards that have weird market price fluctuations, cards that have been recently banned / restricted, and cards Phyrexian Games already has in stock. Phyrexian Games is usually not interested in cards under $25 anymore unless sold as a collection.
There are other cards Phyrexian Games is not interested in, but overall, Phyrexian Games is interested in a majority of cards, foil and nonfoil, graded and ungraded.
ONCE YOUR BUYLIST HAS BEEN ACCEPTED:
must be shipped within 2 business days after approved. Any buylist with a shipment date after 2 business days from buylist approval can be rejected or price adjusted. (Any price adjustment would need your approval)

When you ship a buylist, please add signature tracking.
Phyrexian Games cannot be held responsible in any way for any buylist that is not shipped with signature confirmation.
If your package did not have signature tracking added, and tracking says "delivered", that is NOT valid proof of delivery.
If the package was damaged in transit, you will be contacted with pictures and proof of damage. Phyrexian Games does not reimburse for any issues that happened before or during shipment. Phyrexian Games recommends that you purchase insurance when shipping any buylist.
